Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment 80:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings resume screening interviews and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on hiring processes.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g. job boards social media networking) to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • HR Operations 20:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee relations initiatives and handle employee inquiries.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with performance management processes including performance reviews and employee development plans.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.


Qualifications

  • Education: Full Time MBA in HR.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR with a focus on recruitment. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
