Position: US IT Recruiter
Location: Chennai
Shift Timings: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM (Night Shift Hybrid
Experience: 4yr on Bench Sales
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct endtoend recruitment for IT positions specializing in the US market.
Focus on Bench Sales managing the complete sales lifecycle from identification to closure.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates during US working hours.
Utilize effective sourcing strategies to identify toptier IT talent.
Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
Requirements:Proven experience as a US IT Recruiter with a strong emphasis on Bench Sales.
Indepth knowledge of the IT industry particularly the US market.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a night shift environment.
Familiarity with current technologies and IT industry trends.
