Description
This is a temporary position.

We are looking for aSenior Manager Luxury Marketingto provide coverage duringmaternityleave fromMay 1st August 31st 15 weeks. The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a strong luxury lensto ensure content aligns with the elevated standards of luxury brands.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionallywith digital creative and brand teams to drive marketing initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with leadership providing project updates and strategic insights.
  • Project manage luxury websites ensuring seamless and alignment with brand goals.
  • Understand digital strategyand luxury touchpoints acrossemail web and socialto enhance customer engagement.
  • This role supports key initiatives for the Marriott International Luxury Group such as the highnet worth strategy and implementation of guest segmentation.
  • This individual will oversee a variety of projects ranging from strategy to and will play a critical role in content development.
  • The role requires connectivity with various internal groups including digital and social; retail; loyalty; portfolio marketing; partnerships and continent marketing teams.
  • Strong project management skills attention to detail and experience in the luxury space are essential.
  • Key Projects/Workstreams
    • Luxury Monthly Account Update Email
      • Must attend weekly Newsletter meetings with Bonvoy Lead and Vendor
      • Must review each round with the vendor to ensure luxury tone of voice and imagery
      • Work with brands to ensure their content is highlighted correctly
      • Answer any questions around the account.
    • Luxury Marriott Site
      • Manager workstream between digital and luxury
      • Implement luxury content strategy into our site
      • Elevate new hotel openings awards experience across brands on the site
      • Partner with the partnership team to ensure new activations are shown on our site
      • Manage Signature Accommodations page with hotels vendor and High Networth Workstream
      • Ensure luxury lens is a priority for focus in digitals strategy
      • Track digitals roadmap
      • Manage Campaign and Content Input form with vendor
    • Signature Accommodations Phase 2 Hotels
      • Manage relationship with vendor and hotels to execute on virtual tours floor plans and executing content on Signature Accommodations page
      • Manage budget and invoices for vendor
    • Collaboration with CrossFunctional Luxury Teams
  • Development of marketing tactics to amplify key brand programs through close coordination with Brand Management leads Social Team Leads and Digital Leads on initiatives including ongoing brand culture support enhancements to guest experience and support of programs
  • Support for luxury guest segmentation initiatives for the Marriott Luxury Group which will include partnering with content and email team to deliver ongoing communication through monthly emails social and other digital channels.
    • Maintaining Goals
      • Submits deliverables including presentations and reports in a timely manner ensuring delivery deadlines are met
      • Promotes the documenting of project progress accurately including status reports for various stakeholders
      • Provides input and assistance to other teams regarding projects
      • Actively gathers feedback and input as required whether its from the smaller brand team and/or the larger Marriott Luxury Group marketing
  • Hotel Advisory Board
    • Run quarterly hotel advisory board with HWS Digital and GM team to get input on how we could elevate the digital experience for our guest.
    • Update Notes from the meeting and share to stakeholders

Additional Responsibilities

Informs and/or updates Luxury VP on relevant information in a timely manner
Manages time effectively and conducts activities in an organized manner

Uses problem solving methodology for decision making and follow up
Performs other reasonable duties as assigned by manager

The pay range for this position is $52.06 to $78.75 per hour.
