The opportunity
Join our dynamic Insurance Claims team in Melbourne and become an integral part of our mission to deliver exceptional service to Hostplus members and claimants. As an Insurance Claims Coordinator you will have the opportunity to manage endtoend claims processes maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and drive continuous improvement in service excellence. You will also contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our claims operations helping to reduce complaints and enhance overall performance.
