Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Fulltime 40 hours per week 4 or 5 days) Up to 27000
Due to the location of the nursery candidates must be able to drive.

- Level 3 in Early Years (or equivalent qualification)
- Experience in a nursery or early years setting
- A strong understanding of child development and early education principles

Key Responsibilities:
- Create a warm inclusive and engaging environment for children families and colleagues.
- Plan and implement ageappropriate activities to support childrens physical social and cognitive development.
- Provide personal care including feeding changing and offering emotional reassurance.
- Observe and assess childrens progress maintaining clear communication with parents/carers.
- Work collaboratively with the nursery team to ensure a highquality early years experience.
- Follow safeguarding procedures and uphold the highest standards of child welfare.
