Spearheading a team of 110 professionals including fabrication & assembly team to drive planned production activities

DailyFillupProductionLogBook&CommunicatewithReliever/HOD Adeptatperformingrootcauseanalysisofdefectswhiledeveloping&improvingtheprocessesbytakingcorrectiveactionstopreventanyreoccurrences&defectiveissues.
Activeparticipationinthe implementationofTPM5SKAIZENPOKAYOKEetc
