About The Role
To provide telephone sales functions as directed to meet the needs of the business. Sales Consultants are frontline staff and therefore need to be knowledgeable on process procedures and business rules and responsive to customers needs and expectations.
They will handle calls emails and/or campaigns in regards to Acquisition of new Avant members. These activities will relate to the breadth of Avant products.
The Sales Consultant will work closely with our Service Marketing Underwriting and Business Development teams to ensure a consistent customer experience which delivers high customer satisfaction.
About You
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant you will be responsible for delivering consistently superior service to our new members and ensuring the provision of quality work in all interactions. You will assist with onboarding new members achieving Sales targets identify continuous improvement opportunities and contribute to the overall success of the department.

Deliver consistently superior service to new members exceeding expectations.
Ensure the provision of quality work in all aspects of service delivery.
Assist with onboarding new members ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.
Achieve individual & team Sales targets
Contribute actively to the overall success and goals of the department.
Adhere to Occupational Health & Safety guidelines and promote a safe work environment.
To be successful you will have:
Proven experience in a salesoriented role with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
Ability to maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety regulations and practices preferred.
