• Must: 11 years of PEGA experience.
• Good to have: Pega LSA (Design & Build Combined) certification on 8.x version.
• Must: Working experience on Application Architecture Design and should be able to convert business requirements into design.
• Must: Working expertise & excellent knowledge of various studios
• Must: Experience on both development as well as production support projects.
• Good to have: Experience in CI CD CT implementation for Pega projects for both on premise and cloud hosted applications.
• Good to have: Working experience on Pega Customer Service / Pega Customer Service for Insurance products
• Must: Hands on experience & knowledge of ECS Data Modelling UI rules Validation Declarative and Decision Correspondence rules PRPC flows interpretation of flow shapes.
• Good to have: Working Experience in PEGA scrum (Agile) and smart BPM experience.
• Must: Experience on Design Review Code Review using PRPC best practices and PEGA Guardrails.
• Must: Experience on estimations for enhancements/projects team handling
• Must: Experience on Performance tools (PAL AES PLA) and Deployment Process using PEGA Tools.
• Must: Hands on experience in design and implementation of various background processing configurations
• Must: Hands on experience in design and implementation of rolebased security features for Pega applications.
• Must: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Must: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must: Strong technical background willing to learn new tools and technologies
• Good to have: Excellent Knowledge on Insurance domain will be an added an advantage.
