We are seeking a passionate Engineering Manager to lead a talented engineering team in designing and delivering highquality scalable solutions. You will play a pivotal role in shaping product architecture mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence to create innovative products that redefine the industry.
Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in Scala Python and Shell Scripting.
- Solid understanding of ObjectOriented Programming and development principles.
- Experience working with databases and fluency in database management.
- Handson experience in Agile development environments including Scrum and Kanban.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Highlevel and lowlevel design (HLD LLD).
- Design principles and distributed computing.
- Functional programming concepts.
- Commitment to highquality coding testing and development practices.
GoodtoHave Skills:
- Experience with C/C
- Experience with version control software (preferably Git).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Docker Containers and Kubernetes.
- Exposure to Cloud environments particularly GCP and Azure.
Domain Knowledge:
- Experience in the Retail Solutions Industry is a plus.
