Job Description
- Accurately and efficiently pick items from batches.
- Become knowledgeable and able to work in JOT2 order entry system.
- Properly stock inventory to coordinate with assigned shelves.
- Work collectively with other departments in the distribution center to ensure that all daily responsibilities are fulfilled.
- Work effectively with the distribution center management to eliminate problem areas notifying management of any mechanical or material issues.
- Identify and suggest improvements within the distribution center work processes.
- Keep area clean swept and picked up.
- Positively represent Baudville in all communications.
- Perform miscellaneous jobrelated duties as assigned by department supervisor.
- Maintain an accuracy rate of 99.87 or better on a monthly basis
- Pick rate of over 200 lines
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with computers
- Ability to lift up to 20lbs on a consistent basis. Up to 50lbs occasionally.
- Ability to walk/stand for long period of time
- Availability to work occasional overtime as needed
- Ability to stay focused paying close attention to details
