About the role:
The Automotive Reconditioning Manager will be responsible for overseeing the reconditing process of preowned vehicles ensuring highquality images are captured for marketing and sales purposes. The manager will ensure that vehicles are photographed in a way that highlights key features for online listings promotional materials and other marketing platforms.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in automotive industry with knowledge in automotive strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering topnotch results in showcasing vehicles visually.
What youll do:
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in automotive repair is preferred.
Minimum of 5years of experience in automotive reconditioning or a related field.
Proven experience in managing a team of technicians detailers and inspectors.
Strong knowledge of automotive repair detailing and inspection processes.
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines.
Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and overtime as required.
Team player and willing to jump in and lead by example.
Must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
Nice to have:
Experience with automotive photography and editing
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software.
Leadership experience in training and mentoring staff.
Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations in automotive repair.
Experience working with highperformance or specialty vehicles.
