Position Summary
The Assistant Manager Licensed Brand Operations will be responsible for managing licensed brands across retail channelsensuring compliance with brand guidelines optimizing sales and inventory andmaintaining strong relationships with external brand owners and vendors. Thisrole requires strategic coordination between internal teams licensepartners and retail stakeholders to drive brand performance.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Brand Performance
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Align retail strategies with brand owner expectations to enhance brand presence.
- Work closely with retail teams to drive sales and optimize promotional planning.
Inventory & Supply Chain Management
- Track stock levels ensuring the right product mix and availability.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely replenishment and inventory flow.
- Conduct inventory audits and monitor sellthrough rates for optimal turnover.
Assortment & Merchandising
- Curate product assortments in line with brand guidelines and market trends.
- Ensure product selections adhere to contractual agreements with brand owners.
- Collaborate with merchandising teams for product placement and presentation.
License Partner & Vendor Coordination
- Act as the key liaison between external brand owners suppliers and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with licensing agreements and brand standards.
- Work with vendors for timely product delivery and quality control.
Retail Operations & Brand Compliance
- Conduct store visits to assess merchandising pricing and brand .
- Train store teams on brandspecific standards product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Ensure all retail locations maintain brand consistency and compliance.
Reporting & Analysis
- Generate sales inventory and brand reports.
- Provide datadriven insights to refine product performance and market positioning.
- Track KPIs and ensure compliance with brand owners reporting requirements.
Requirements
Preferred Candidate
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Retail Management or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in retail operations licensed brand management or merchandising.
- Experience working with international and domestic brand owners.
- Strong analytical skills for sales and inventory data interpretation.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in retail analytics inventory systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fastpaced environment.
