Position Summary:

We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive accounting professional who thrives in a fastpaced environment to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for preparing financial plans aligned with Beanfields multiyear strategy. You will be a key part of providing meaningful analysis to business leaders to drive financial success. Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Forecasting:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and refine annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
  • Conduct indepth financial analysis to identify trends risks and opportunities for improving financial performance.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to gather relevant data for accurate forecasting.

Variance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Prepare comprehensive variance analyses for internal stakeholders as part of the monthend closing process.
  • Clearly communicate key drivers behind financial variances and provide insights to guide decisionmaking.
  • Develop and maintain standardized internal reporting packages to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Business Strategy and LongTerm Planning:

  • Assist in the preparation of multiyear business plans and strategies.
  • Conduct financial modelling and scenario analysis to support strategic decisionmaking.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to enhance longterm organizational success.

Process Improvement:

  • Proactively identify areas of weak processes within the FP&A function.
  • Lead initiatives to drive process improvements enhance efficiency and streamline internal financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement best practices in financial planning and analysis.

Financial Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to track the companys performance against goals.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to provide realtime visibility into financial performance.
  • Work with business leaders to address any deviations from planned financial outcomes.

AdHoc Analysis and Decision Support:

  • Conduct adhoc financial analysis to support special projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Provide decision support through financial modelling scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis.
  • Assist in evaluating the financial impact of potential business opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBA Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field
  • 3 years of experience in financial analysis with a focus on FP&A.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
