Job Description

As a BCBA you will play a critical role in helping individuals with behavioral emotional and developmental concerns. You will implement treatment plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Positive Behavior Support (PBS).

The starting pay range for this role is $80000 $81500 annually dependent on qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Collaborate with parents caregivers and the interdisciplinary team to design and execute behavior intervention plans for children and adults with a focus on Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).

  • Behavioral Assessment & Analysis: Conduct curriculum assessments functional behavior assessments and task analysis to guide interventions. Use data collection and analysis to make datadriven decisions and refine interventions.

  • Training & Supervision: Train and support parents caregivers and direct care staff in behavior management techniques including behavioral skills training and databased decisionmaking.

  • Supervision & Mentorship: Provide clinical supervision and guidance to those pursuing BCBA certification or other relevant credentials as well as direct oversight to direct care staff in PBS and Intensive programs.

  • Family Collaboration: Work closely with families to ensure treatment plans are implemented effectively in the home and community settings. Develop nurturing environments that support behavior change and skill development.

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree required
  • BCBA BCBAD or BCaBA Certification required
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst licensure (LBA)
  • Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis and personcentered thinking.
  • Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
  • Knowledge of positive behavior support strategies and multimodal behavioral assessments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with parents caregivers and other team members.
  • Experience supervising staff or mentoring those pursuing certification is a plus.
  • Valid Drivers License
