What Were Looking For
- Proven experience in a similar hospitality role whether in a care home hotel or other hospitality setting.
- Deep knowledge of relevant laws regulations and policies including health and safety and employment legislation.
- Exceptional communication leadership and motivational skills to engage with residents families and staff.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills to ensure the smooth running of the hospitality department.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the daytoday operations of the hospitality department within the care home ensuring a high standard of service is consistently delivered to residents.
- Train supervise and motivate the hospitality team to provide exceptional customer service and develop strong relationships with residents and their families.
- Ensure that all relevant laws regulations and policies such as employment and health and safety legislation are adhered to within the hospitality department.
- Engage with residents and their families on a regular basis to understand their needs preferences and feedback and make appropriate adjustments to the hospitality services.
- Utilize your excellent communication skills to liaise with other departments external partners and suppliers to coordinate and deliver hospitality services that meet the diverse needs of the residents.
