Job Description
Hire Resolves client in the engineering sector is urgently seeking the expertise of a Structural Engineer (PrEng) in Pretoria.
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed structural designs for various projects including multistory and industrial buildings/plants.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure structural integrity and compliance with local codes and regulations.
- Use Revit and other design software to create accurate and functional design documents.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor the construction process and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and drafters.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Professional Engineer registration (PrEng) with at least 5 years postregistration experience.
- Demonstrated experience in the design of multistory and industrial buildings/plants.
- Proficiency in Revit and other structural design software.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
