Our team stands out for its unique fullstack ownership model where SDEs work across both customerfacing products and core infrastructure. Youll architect and develop customer touchpoints throughout the entire shopping journey from smart notification systems and interactive product detail widgets to sophisticated checkout flows and postpurchase experiences. On the infrastructure side youll build the backbone that powers these experiences: highthroughput APIs complex ML model integrations and largescale customer behavior datasets that drive decisionmaking across Amazon.

Candidate should have the technical skills to design and build complex distributed systems that runs at Amazon scale. They prefer working on small focused teams own their product and love to pitch in anywhere to get the job done. They can communicate effectively with a wide variety of audiences and are comfortable pitching new ideas.

3 years of noninternship professional software development experience
2 years of noninternship design or architecture (design patterns reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
3 years of Video Games Industry (supporting title Development Release or Live Ops) experience
Experience programming with at least one software programming language
3 years of full software development life cycle including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes testing and operations experience
Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent
