Job Description
GSF Properties Inc. is looking for a Director of Compliance Affordable Housing in Fresno CA. This position can be a Hybrid role or fully in person at corporate in Fresno.

As our Compliance Director you need to have a thorough understanding of LIHTC Section 8 Housing knowledge and prior experience in affordable housing to be considered.
Compliance Director Job Details and Responsibilities:
- Day to day implementation of compliance policies procedures and programs that meet goals and objectives
- All ease files are complete and in compliance
- Maintain records of all aspects of management activity on a daily weekly and monthly basis
- Keep up to date on all policy and procedures related to Tax Credit Section 8 and Fair housing standards
- Review initial and recertification files
- Conduct file audits
- Training new and current tax credit employees
- Organize manage and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments within a fastpaced work environment.

5 years experience in Section 8 compliance and Tax Credit Compliance
Proven leadership and successful track record of accomplishments
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Thorough understanding of LIHTC and Affordable Housing
Well organized detail oriented with excellent people skills
Able to work 40 hours per week
Ability to travel as needed
