Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare dispense and manage medications for inpatient and outpatient services.
- Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians nurses and healthcare teams to optimize patient treatment plans.
- Provide medication counseling and education to patients.
- Oversee IV preparations and other specialized pharmaceutical services.
- Maintain accurate pharmaceutical records and assist in inventory management.

1 years of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience.
Active NY state pharmacist license (or ability to obtain one).
Ability to work onsite in Plattsburgh NY.
Availability for evening shifts.
NicetoHaves:
Residency training experience.
IV preparation experience.
Retail pharmacy experience.
