Job Description

Join a prestigious Orange County law firm specializing in complex business litigation. Our firm handles a wide range of sophisticated commercial disputes including:

  • Fraud cases
  • Trademark and intellectual property matters
  • Trade secret litigation
  • Real estate disputes
  • Construction Litigation
  • Contract disputes
  • Corporate and partnership conflicts

As an associate attorney you will:

  • Draft pleadings motions and other legal documents
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Prepare cases for trial
  • Provide strategic legal counsel to clients
  • Manage diverse caseloads

Qualifications:

  • JD from an ABAaccredited law school
  • Active membership in the California State Bar
  • Minimum of one year of civil litigation experience
  • Strong research writing and analytical skills
  • Genuine interest in business litigation
  • Confidence in case management
