Join the St Vincents Private Hospital Brisbane team as a Clergy Clinical care Coordinator Nursing role working out in the community working in partnership with the Archdiocese of Brisbane. This is a part time position working 32 hours per week initially a fixed term contract of 12 months with the potential of becoming permanent.
We are seeking high organised candidates to apply who have experience working as a community nurse or carecoordinator.
The successful applicant will demonstrate the following qualities:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Advanced clinical practice
The ability to support and coordinate the clinical practice and care consistent with the needs of the client with often complex health and mobility needs
An understanding of and respect for the history heritage and tradition of the Catholic Church

REMUNERATION:
The position of Congregational / Clergy Registered Nurse in addition to our competitive salary packaging options is a Classification/Grade with a base remuneration of $52.28 $56.01 superannuation based on experience level and relevant qualifications exclusive of shift penalties or allowances.
