This role will require you to work on site at our Sitel in Stratford upon Avon.
Role Purpose:
To address Patient Queries in a timely Manner ensuring great Customer service is maintained during a short call Alongside Patient Queries you will be responsible for Answering calls from Private medical insurance companys and booking in appointments on a patients behalf. You will also be booking appointments for Patients who wish to do this. As a Spire Healthcare advisor you will be the front line of customer service and will be required to answer calls and provide solutions answers and assistance on every call.
Primary Responsibilities
Client requires calls to be handled from Spire Healthcare which will involve supplying advice as per FAQs and signposting where appropriate.
To book appointments using the internal spire Healthcare booking tools.
Achieve targets for calls handled within AHT and Quality.
Other duties as assigned.
