Job Description

Invisible Collection is looking for a Gallery & Events Assistant Intern to assist with event coordination partnerships and client reception at its gallery located in Marylebone London. This internship is a unique opportunity to join an enriching and dynamic adventure within an international team.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Assisting with event and exhibition organization

  • Ensuring that Invisible Collections brand image is maintained within the showroom.

  • Updating the showroom calendar.

  • Operational coordination logistics setup etc..

  • Selecting and coordinating onsite service providers.

  • Monitoring costs.

  • Daily management of the gallery venue upkeep responding to emails and phone calls.

  • Ensuring events align with Invisible Collections environmental and social impact objectives.

2. Supporting sales and marketing of objects furniture and artworks exhibited in the gallery

  • Welcoming visitors design professionals and private clients.

  • Updating the contact database.

3. Assisting with communication

  • Editing and updating print communication materials catalogs press kits invitations for openings.
