Job Overview
The Real Estate Sales Manager will be stationed in Bengaluru taking on a juniorlevel position. This is a fulltime role requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in real estate sales. The successful candidate will manage lead engagement client visits and bookings for our projects working closely with our marketing team to convert potential leads into successful site visits and transactions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated experience in real estate sales is essential particularly in managing client expectations and achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in property management ensuring that you can handle inquiries and details of real estate projects effectively. (Mandatory skill)
- Experience with cold calling techniques to engage potential clients and schedule visits. (Mandatory skill)
- Ability to generate leads and prospects through various channels and maintain a steady sales pipeline.
- Exceptional communication skills to clearly convey project details and benefits to prospective clients.
- Skilled in conducting client visits showcasing properties and addressing client inquiries efficiently.
- Competence in prospect generation improving client conversion rates through targeted strategies.
- Sound market knowledge to provide potential buyers with insights and information about real estate trends.
