Job Description

Job Summary
This position seeks a creative student dedicated to supporting Campus Ministry in anchoring the University of Portland in the knowledge and presence of God through social media and additional outreach efforts. Application instructions: Please include two sample designs using the prompts provided below. Design samples can be uploaded as a portfolio under documents needed to apply. Create an Instagram post welcoming new and returning students to the Bluff at the start of the fall semester. Create an Instagram post advertising Mass for the feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe on December 12 at 5pm.

Minimum Qualifications
Experience working with graphic design programs especially Canva; Exceptional attention to detail; oral and written communication skills; Ability to manage multiple projects at once; Capability to meet deadlines independently and on time; Capacity to respond quickly to realtime issues or urgent Universitywide announcements.

Preferred Qualifications
Strategic marketing and graphic design experience; Familiarity with Christian tradition and the Church calendar; Photo/videography skills.
