Job Description
We are seeking a Private Chef for a permanent role based in East London Eastern Cape.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prove experience as a chef ideally in a health food nutrition or catering sector
- Strong passion for food and health
- Strong knowledge of fresh high protein and health ingredients
- Able to create meals using fresh neverfrozen ingredients
- Able to design unique health drive menus
- Good time management skills
- Drivers license advantageous
- Driving force behind fresh health driven meals
- Creating fresh menus manage kitchen and source ingredients
- Creating meals and coordinating daily delivers
- Menu innovation and daily meal preparation
- Ingredient sourcing and pickups
- Kitchen operations and delivery coordination
- Quality control
