The company wishes to employ a Sales Representative for EquipmentDivision based in Bloemfontein. The successful incumbent will be responsiblefor sales of Capital Equipment in Northern Cape Free State and Lesotho.
Products include a range of hospital specialist machines theatre beds andlights CSSD equipment and more.
This position will be based in Bloemfontein reporting to theSales Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for but notlimited to:
- Servicingexisting accounts obtaining orders and establishing new accounts by planningand organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers.
- Meeting salesgoals and targets.
- Competent insales presentations to customers
- Keep managementinformed by submitting activity and results reports such as daily callreports weekly work plans and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Enter allcustomer interactions and sales leads on CRM
- Monitorcompetition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing productsnew products delivery schedules etc
- Maintaincustomer satisfaction to a high level.
- Resolvecustomer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparingreports; making recommendations to management.
- Maintainprofessional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops;reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks;participating in professional societies.
- Providehistorical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales
- Be prepared towork after hours and on weekends when necessary to do product training and/orattend to congresses
Requirements
Minimum requirements:
- Grade 12
- Valid Driverslicense and reliable transport
- Valid passportfor Lesotho travel. Candidates own cost.
- South AfricanCitizen
- Own reliablevehicle and valid drivers license
Necessaryskills and qualifications required:
- Presentable andprofessional individual
- Team Player
- A recognizedcourse in sales and marketing will be an advantage
- Valid MatricCertificate
- At least 2years experience in sales preferably in the medical industry
- Knowledge ofthe sales territory and relevant customer base would be an added advantage.
