Job Description
Our Client Care Specialists help our community live assured by matching our clients and caregivers together. They work with the local team to ensure our clients have the best matched care and act as a case manager for ongoing needs of the clients.

- Builds relationships with clients and their families to match them with caregivers who can provide the needed services.
- Build relationships with caregivers to match them with clients and assignments that fit their needs and improves retention.
- Complete monthly checkins with clients ensuring they are satisfied with the services we are providing.
- Checkins will be a mixture of text email phone calls and inperson visits depending on the situation.
Care is Personal: Our work is about people and we support their unique needs with respect empathy and dedicated attention.
- Create a positive thorough and welcoming onboarding experience for new clients.
- Complete weekly caregiver payroll and client billing reports.
- Provide individualized professional support on payroll or billing questions that arise.
- Submit payroll and billing adjustments as needed.
- Keep scheduling system up to date and accurate with client schedules contact information and preference.
