You will be responsible foroverseeing all export import warehousing and transportation processes to ensure timely and costeffective delivery of products. You will coordinate with suppliers carriers and internal departments to optimize the supply chain.
Additionally you will lead and develop the logistics team fostering employee growth and promoting teamwork to enhance operational performance and adaptability to market changes. To improve profitability and safety in your loading and unloading operations you can implement accurate and repeatable measurement solutions manage process throughput and utilization and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Logistics Process Management
- Planning organizing and overseeing warehousing transportation and distribution operations; Optimizing logistics costs and operational efficiency; Automating production logistics and internal plant transport
- Contributing to the logistics strategy and aligning it with production goals; Ensuring the accuracy of inventory levels between the ERP system and physical stock; Monitoring KPIs and implementing corrective actions
- Supply Chain Optimization
- Implementing improvements in import/export processes; Coordinating activities between production purchasing and sales departments; Analyzing and solving logistics challenges while upholding highquality standards
- Collaborating with the Central Logistics Department transport companies and customers to ensure ontime deliveries at optimal costs; Driving business development initiatives by overcoming legal restrictions fuel costs and environmental pressures
- Team Management
- Implementing health and safety standards and operational procedures; Managing the logistics and warehouse team supporting their growth and performance; Organizing team workflow and task delegation
- Analysis & Reporting
- Preparing analyses and reports on transport costs inventory levels and warehouse efficiency; Recommending improvements for logistics processes
- Compliance & Regulations
- Ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations and ISO requirements
Who You Are:
You are a resultsoriented logistics professional with strong leadership skills and the ability to optimize supply chain processes. You excel in datadriven decisionmaking problemsolving and crossfunctional collaboration. Your proactive approach helps you improve operational efficiency and drive continuous business growth.
For This Role You Will Need:
- Bachelors degree in Logistics Production Management or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics management
- Strong interpersonal and team management skills
- Negotiation skills and direct reporting experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in English and Polish (both written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Experience in manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of customs policies and taxation
