Sheraton Galleria Atlanta is a beautifully renovated hotel ideally located just minutes from Truist Park home of the Atlanta Braves. If you have a passion for culinary excellence and leading a team to create exceptional dining experiences we want you to be part of our team! As a Kitchen Supervisor youll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen while maintaining high standards of food quality and guest satisfaction. You will work in a newly renovated and lively environment leading a team of chefs and kitchen staff. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising kitchen staff to ensure efficient and highquality food preparation and service
- Ensuring adherence to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assisting in menu planning and daily specials while maintaining inventory and ordering supplies
- Training and mentoring new staff ensuring they understand kitchen procedures and standards
- Collaborating with frontofhouse teams to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
- Managing kitchen operations during peak hours to maintain timely and highquality food output
- Handling any kitchen issues that arise from equipment malfunctions to guest complaints with professionalism and poise
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas
- Ensuring all food items are prepared stored and served according to safety guidelines and standards

- Must have a comprehensive knowledge of all hotel departments and functions.
- Must have a knowledge of applicable Federal state and local health safety and legal regulations.
- High school education preferred. Relevant training and experience required.
- Ability to obtain required licenses and certificates.
- CPR training and first aid training preferred.
- Additional language ability preferred.
- Previous Supervisory experience preferred.
- Hotel experience preferred.
