Your profile
- Three to five years35of professional experience in contributing to strategic studies and evaluations with a solid understanding of EU policies. Experience in the fields of research and innovation and/or education and skills is preferred although a keen interest in these areas may also be suitable for the right candidate.
- Coordination skills including the ability to contribute to multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with an interest in supporting and growing project management skills.
- Excellentcommunication skills including the ability to write clear and concise evidencebased reports and deliver engaging presentations.
- Goodanalytical skills with the ability to conduct rigorous studies and draw insightful conclusions from data.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a teamfrom diverse backgrounds andable to deliver tasks under tight deadlines with a problemsolving mindset.
- A previous experience working in a consultancy firmis preferable.
- Excellent command of spoken and written Englishis essential and fluency in other European languages is considered an asset.
Your responsibilities
- Contributing to the delivery of policy studies evaluations and impact assessments as core member of the projects teams including writing and presenting reports and deliverables in a compelling manner.
- Contributing to the coordination of projects and teamsand supporting the qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis.
- Supporting business developmentby contributing to tenders preparation.
- Helping to maintain and further grow our R&I and Education & Skills practice including through the design of robust and innovative methodologies (quantitative AI based qualitative).
