Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent with a strong background in healthcare construction to oversee projects ranging from $2M to $10M in the Jacksonville area. The ideal candidate has expertise in AHCAregulated projects and ensures quality safety and schedule adherence.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations ensuring compliance with AHCA and healthcare regulations.
- Manage subcontractors schedules and budgets to deliver highquality results.
- Maintain strict safety and infection control standards in active healthcare environments.
- Coordinate with owners architects and project teams for seamless .
- Ensure project completion on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in healthcare construction.
- Strong knowledge of AHCA requirements (preferred).
- Proven ability to manage complex renovations and groundup projects.
- Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
