Job Description
Job Title: Qualified Social Worker Child Protection
Location: Barking
Rate: 38.50 per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting registered and experienced Qualified Social Workers to join a busy Child Protection team based in Barking.
What will your responsibilities be
You will promote and model effective working arrangements with Mental Health services and other voluntary and community partners to support Care Experienced young people. You will develop a good understanding of evidencebased practice and integrate models of best practice into daytoday service delivery. You will also participate in clinical supervision and clinical risk assessing liaising with mental health services across different boroughs and areas. Additionally you will bring together develop and regularly review a multiagency Pathway Plan with the young person proactively working with them to achieve their targets. As a Child Protection Social Worker you need to understand and integrate into practice the key polices of the council in relation to social care with children and families especially multidisciplinary working integration and whole family approaches. You will provide assessment care management and social work services to children and their families arising out of the councils duties and powers under legislation Council and Group policy.

Qualification and Experiences
To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration be eligible to work in the UK hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level and have postqualified experience.
