Job Description
This is a repost. Previous applicants need not reapply for this temporary position. The Department of Accounting and Finance invites applications for PartTime Instructors for the fall 2024 semester. PartTime Instructors are hired on a semesterbysemester basis to teach accounting courses. The successful candidate is expected to teach introductory and advanced level courses by the Department of Accounting and Finance. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: teach facetoface and/or online courses attend training and/or review sessions. Additional duties will include but are not limited to academic advising of students supporting student organizations participating in program development and assessment. The candidate will be expected to work cooperatively with faculty and staff in the department and university.
Minimum Requirements
Candidates must have a Masters degree in Accounting or an MBA with a B.S. in Accounting at time of application.
Preferred Years Experience Skills Training Education
Candidates should have at least 13 years teaching experience at the University or Community College level 23 years of industry experience and preferably an active CPA license.
