Job Description
Hire Resolve is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Financial Advisor for our client based in Pretoria. This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for financial planning and providing tailored financial solutions to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of clients offering comprehensive financial planning and investment advice.
- Assess clients financial needs and goals to create customised solutions.
- Stay informed about financial markets investment products and regulatory changes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients providing ongoing support and advice.
- Conduct regular reviews of clients portfolios to ensure alignment with their goals.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance client acquisition and retention strategies.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current in the industry.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services or as a financial advisor.
- Previous experience with bank brokers or reputable advisory firms.
- Relevant financial qualifications (e.g. CFP RE5 are preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
