As our InHouse Counsel youll serve as the primary legal advisor shaping our future and safeguarding our reputation. Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal guidance on various business strategies and decisions.
Draft review and negotiate contracts agreements and other legal documents.
Advise on compliance with local state federal and international laws.
Manage and coordinate with external legal counsel as required.
Stay abreast of legislative changes that may affect the company and its affiliates.
Foster a culture of legal compliance and best practices throughout the company.
Qualifications:
Admitted to practice in at least one jurisdiction.
5 years of legal experience preferably in immigration or corporate law.
Strong analytical negotiation and communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment.
Familiarity with technology and the digital workspace.
