Job Description
1.Review and analyze customer requirements specifications and technical requirements.
2.Prepare Inspection & test plans and different testing procedures.
3.Performing product Inspection and testing as per ITP drawing Data sheets and meeting the customer specified requirements.
4.Performing product inspection offering inspection stages to customer inspector.
5.Monitoring product welding requirements based on WPS and PQR.
6.Reviewing material certificates as per material specifications product data sheets.
7.Performing NDE (RT MPT VT LPT etc. examinations.
8.Preparing quality dossiers as per Inspection & test plan.
9.Handling Internal & External audits.
10.Coordination with internal and inter department team members.
11.Coordinating with Customer and External parties & extending support as & when required.
12.Identifying Root cause and corrective action for NCRs and customer complaints related to order.
13.Oversee continuous improvement projects.
14.Complying to Enpros Vision Mission Values and objectives
15.Closure of action points from MRM and customer / Third party audits.
Pedigree:
1.Bachelors in mechanical engineering.
