Job Summary
Job Description
The Sales Support Representative will collaborate directly with the Sales Operations & Support team and assist with managing the servicerelated needs of customers. This position will work to address and correct product pricing issues
Responsibilities:
- Develop implement and execute a strategy to address and correct price issues
- Answer customer and sales inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist sales in relations and support to specified customers
- Understand product assortment technical qualities of product and pricing
- Provide superior Sales Operations & Support utilizing a highly professional and courteous manner
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with Sales
- Work closely with internal departments: systems warehouse compliance supply chain and receivables to fulfill customer requirements within scope of company abilities
- Assist with customer orders
Skills and Abilities:
- High School Diploma
- 02 years of experience
