Role Overview
Performs various duties related to FC Operations including but not limited to Inbound Inventory Replenishment Outbound and Maintenance departments. Associates will be crosstrained before being assigned to a designated area.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate an RF gun/PDA device
- Breakdown receive and inspect inbound items
- Keep record of inventory reconcile any discrepancies and consolidate products
- Move items and carts from one location to another
- Pick pack stack and ship items
- Promptly communicate any issues or damages to the Problem Solver
- Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in the department
- May participate in training new associates
- (Maintenance only)
- Remove trash spills and dropped/broken items
- Conduct routine inspections of the site and various equipment
- Handle basic repairs and oversee contractors when professional repairs are necessary
Qualifications
- Effective communication
- Able to reach and write
- Basic math
- Computer Literacy
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
- Learning Aptitude
- Detailoriented
- Able to work in a fastpaced environment around machinery
Work environment
- Fastpaced
- Medium to loud noise levels
- High and low warehouse seasonal temperatures
- Minimal exposure to dust
Physical demands
- Must be able to remain in stationary position (sit and stand) for 10 hours
- Must be able to move and walk for 10 hours
- Must be able to bend and lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to push/pull up to 50 lbs of exerted force
Preferred education and experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Similar FC experience

Pay & Benefits
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. At Coupang your base pay is one part of your total compensation.
Hourly pay rates range from $18 to $22 plus any overtime. Pay rate depends on position shift and experience.Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending onjobrelated knowledge skills and experience.
