Job Description
Job title: Fillin Specialist
Reports to: Director of Operations & Area Manager
Basic function: Clean assigned number of hours and fillin unstaffed accounts.
Major Responsibilities
- o Clean assigned number of scheduled hours
- o Work with Area Manager to help staff accounts that do not have an account manager assigned to them
- o Ensure that customer expectations are being met
- o Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- o Communicate with leadership
Job requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Open evening and weekend availability
- Guarantee availability for up to 40 hours a week

This position starts out at $10 an hour with a $0.50 raise in 60 days with satisfactory performance.
