Requirements:
Available to work entire season
Available weekends nights and major holidays (Memorial Day 4th of July and Labor Day Weekends Mandatory)
Available to work 2540 hours per week (Full and Part time available)
Reliable transportation
Kitchen experience preferred but not required
Preparation of food Includes cutting potatoes onions etc. Ability to work under pressure take direction and work effectively in a team environment. Gain knowledge of Fry Flattop and Prep Stations. Learning to open and close the kitchen as a whole. When called upon step in and lead line for varying amounts of time. Minimum 1 year experience in a restaurant kitchen setting. Leadership experience is a plus.
All employees are required to sign a seasonal contract to work all holidays and finish the season to receive a monetary bonus. If you are not able to work until November this is not the job for you.
