Our client a highly regarded law firm with offices across the North West is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Associate Solicitor specialising in Family Law to join their growing team in Preston. If you are a motivated professional with 510 years PQE and a strong track record in handling complex family law matters this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a wide range of family law matters including divorce financial remedy child arrangements and cohabitation disputes.
- Manage a substantial caseload providing expert advice and representation to highnetworth individuals and complex family law cases.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior solicitors trainees and support staff within the team.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships offering exceptional client care throughout the legal process.
- Represent clients in negotiations mediation and court proceedings as required.
- Contribute to business development and marketing activities to promote the firms family law services.
Essential Requirements:
- 510 years Post Qualification Experience (PQE) with a strong focus on family law.
- Proven experience handling a diverse range of family law cases including highnetworth and complex matters.
- Strong negotiation and advocacy skills with experience in mediation and litigation.
- Ability to manage a team mentor junior staff and contribute to the departments growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues with empathy.
- A proactive and clientfocused approach with a keen eye for detail.
