Position Summary:
The Operator 1 Team Member is an entrylevel position on the Spin team. The Spin teams goal is to produce the finished product of highquality premium ice cream in an efficient manner and to package the product correctly into pints and tubs. Operator 1 Team Members are essential in moving the production process forward. They monitor the production line box finished goods and move finished goods onto pallets for freezing and storage. This position requires attention to detail a strong commitment to food and plant safety and the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications:
Prior experience working in commercial food preparation manufacturing production or warehouse environment.
Knowledge and Critical Skills:
Fluency in English.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers.
Good critical thinking and problemsolving skills.
Comfortable working on a team in a manufacturing facility with other teams.
