In this role you will be providing recommendations in connection with the development and improvement of new and existing data processing systems to enhance the integrity of the licensing process or to improve the efficiency of related activities. Work involves processing applications for operators manufacturers suppliers vendors junket enterprises key employees permittee and registrants and related revenue. Effective communication is key as you will be corresponding with applicants to ensure timely receipt of required information as well as maintaining contact with Bureau managers regarding the status of applications licenses and any other outstanding issues requiring supervisory action. You will have the opportunity to utilize your administrative expertise as you prepare correspondence reports charts and other documents in connection with licensing permitting registration and certification responsibilities. Additionally you will update databases to ensure accurate information is being tracked regarding the applicant licensee and affiliates.
