Technical Engagement Managers drive account strategy document technical solutions and ensure deliverables meet client goals and user needs. You will manage client relationships oversee project deliverables guide account growth and set strategic direction with a focus on technical expertise. You should have a strong digital and technical background deep knowledge of technology and a consultative approach to solving complex problems.
Responsibilities
Primary client contact providing short and longterm strategic counsel as well as overall fiscal responsibility for the account
Effectively manage full project lifecycles creates and maintain detailed project plans and reports according to Sagepaths SDLC process that communicate tasks milestone dates status and resource allocations
Facilitate client stakeholder working sessions and interviews to elicit and document business nonfunctional functional and technical requirements as well as project KPIs
Work with UX/UI teams technical architect and developers to set up and populate JIRA/ADO board and sprint plans
Lead Agile SCRUM ceremonies including but not limited to backlog refinement sprint planning and sprint retrospectives
Provide strategic oversight and support of the technology and systems used on a project and train client on how to use the system author content and perform UAT
Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree required
Experience managing technical projects by collaborating closely with developers and IT leaders to deliver customized customer portals
Experience working with UX/UI designers and developers to define and build products with custom UIs
2 years experience in a datadriven technologyenabled consultancy or digital transformation agency
Experience launching one or more IT platforms/software working in a crossfunctional internal environment and managing teams within a dynamic fastpaced and everchanging environment

The base compensation range for this fulltime position is between $80000 $110000 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also take into consideration prior experience relevant skills education and/or training certifications and as applicable other required qualifications.
