About the Team
This role will be a part of Campus Student Affairs overseeing the endtoend journey of enrolled students. From orientation through Alumni Services the Student Affairs team provides traditional administrative resources and outsidetheclassroom programming and resources including skill training professional development and career and transfer advisement to ensure Campus students reach for the stars.
The Affairs team handles all student compliance issues and all onetomany programs including orientation graduation professional development career and transfer readiness and more!
About the Role
We are seeking a Student Support Coordinator passionate about student wellness and support communitybuilding and ensuring students have a safe and inspired experience at Campus! This role requires a dynamic problemsolver who can advocate for students while upholding institutional policies ensuring a safe fair and inclusive educational experience. The Student Support Coordinator will bridge student needs and institutional processes managing sensitive individual needs such as ADA Title IX and conduct concerns on one hand while supporting our online communities with enthusiasm and inspired knowledge on the other. Youre excited about this opportunity because you will
- Champion accessibility and equity by coordinating ADA / Title IX accommodations and ensuring compliance with disability regulations working closely with faculty and staff to remove barriers for students.
- Uphold student accountability with care by managing conductviolation and grievance cases mediating disputes refining policies and enhancing practices that promote learning and growth.
- Be a first responder for student wellbeing by connecting students in crisis to the right mental health resources building a stronger network of support services and ensuring timely referrals.
- Support our online student community by moderating and facilitating social and academic group within our online platform curating inspiring content and crafting communications and media campaigns that amplify student success
- Drive datainformed improvements by building reports that ensure compliance enhance the student experience and streamline communication across campus departments.

- Youve successfully advocated for student access and equitywhether through managing accommodations handling student conduct or leading inclusion initiatives.
- You have a track record of handling complex student cases with professionalism discretion and a studentcentered approach.
- You have a passion for media and communications whether through writing design or other creative media!
- You confidently navigate challenging conversationswhether mediating disputes guiding students through policy violations or supporting mental health concerns.
- You bring deep knowledge of higher education policies and compliance (ADA FERPA student conduct or Title IX) and know how to implement them effectively.
- Youre a proactive problem solver who doesnt just manage processes but actively improves them making student affairs work smarter not harder.
Location: To comply with our future operational needs prospective candidates must be willing to transition to a hybrid work schedule upon the opening of our office (Mon & Fri remote; Tues Thurs inoffice)
What youll get:
- A compensation package that includes a base salary $65000 $75000 equity grant
- Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including but not limited to skills prior relevant experience and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely base salary is localized according to employee work location.
