We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our industry team. This role is pivotal in driving Unitys growth within nongaming sectors by building strong relationships with industry clients understanding their unique challenges and delivering tailored solutions that leverage the full power of the Unity platform.

As a Senior Account Executive youll develop and execute accountspecific sales strategies present Unitys solutions to enterprise customers and drive client growth and retention. Youll collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities while staying ahead of industry trends to inform strategic initiatives. What youll be doing

  • Drive Strategic Client Relationships: Establish develop and maintain influential relationships with key industry clients to understand their unique needs and challenges.
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement targeted sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand Unitys footprint within nongaming industry verticals.
  • Solution Selling and Evangelism: Present and advocate for Unitys innovative solutions demonstrating how our technology can transform clients operations and drive efficiency.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams including product engineering and customer success to deliver tailored solutions and ensure seamless client experience.

What were looking for

  • Proven Enterprise Sales Success: Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a similar tech or software environment.
  • Industry Expertise: Indepth knowledge and experience within one or more nongaming industry verticals (e.g. automotive architecture engineering construction or manufacturing).
  • Solution Selling Skills: Proficiency in solutionbased selling techniques including the ability to craft and present compelling technology solutions that address client needs.
  • Advanced Communication Skills: Strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels from technical teams to Csuite executives.
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration: Experience working effectively with crossfunctional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Fluency in German: Nativelevel spoken and written German skills are essential for this role as you will regularly interact with Germanspeaking customers.
