Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and detailoriented Audit Manager to join one of the fastestgrowing firms in the industry. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities excellent technical accounting knowledge and experience managing audit engagements across a diverse client portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee audit engagements from planning to completion.
- Ensure audits comply with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and mentor a team of audit professionals providing guidance and feedback.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships serving as a trusted advisor.
- Identify and address potential audit risks and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance audit efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay current with accounting standards industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- CPA license required.
- Bachelors degree in accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of audit experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong technical accounting and auditing knowledge.
- Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary: $100K$140K
