Job Description
Our client is a wellestablished investment firm specializing in private markets with a strong focus on sustainability and impact investing. For our latest mandate we are seeking an outstanding talent in the following role:
Private Markets Legal Counsel (m f d) Zurich temp. start January Hybrid
Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice guidance and updates on corporate regulatory and governance matters.
Draft review and negotiate a variety of agreements including investment management administration distribution marketing and NDAs.
Manage daytoday corporate matters for the company and its entities maintaining legal files and statutory registers.
Collaborate with teams across the organization such as Compliance Investment Management and Operations to support legal and corporate projects.
Liaise with external counsel as needed and assist the General Counsel in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Support the Board and Management Committees on a range of legal tasks and projects including drafting internal policies SLAs and governance documents.
Experience:
4 years of PQE in corporate/commercial law preferably in the financial or investment management sector.
Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities with a proactive approach.
Strong interpersonal skills with an understanding of stakeholder needs and effective communication.
Fluent in English German mother tongue.
