Job Description
We are Two Circles. We grow audiences and revenues. We do that by knowing fans best. We work with clients to help them understand & influence what their fans are doing the way fans spend their money the events that fans attend the channels fans respond to the content fans watch and more. And we use the understanding this gives us to help our clients grow. Grow their audiences and grow their revenues both direct to consumer and business to business revenues. Our platforms and services are trusted by over 900 clients globally including the English Premier League Red Bull UEFA VISA the NFL Nike and Amazon. We are almost 1000 people based out of 14 offices and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world
Kore is a fan partnership and revenue intelligence platform for the sports & entertainment business.
Scope of Role
This role will focus on delivering custom Business Intelligence and Analytics solutions to clients including but not limited to data visualizations automations data modelling and predictive models utilizing fan data. The tools leveraged will include Tableau SQL AWS and Python.
The ideal candidate is selfdriven detailoriented and highly collaborative with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering datadriven solutions. They should possess excellent teamwork skills a consultative mindset and a customer serviceoriented approach enabling them to effectively work with both internal teams and external partners.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The role will require the candidate to be responsible for:
Analyzing Business Needs and Providing DataDriven Solutions
o Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives challenges and data requirements.
o Identify opportunities to apply analytics to optimize processes improve performance or drive growth.
o Develop and implement tailored analytics solutions that align with the clients goals.
Conducting Advanced Data Analysis and Modelling
o Collect clean and process data from various sources to ensure quality and reliability.
o Perform advanced analytics techniques such as predictive modelling statistical analysis and machine learning.
o Interpret data to uncover trends patterns and actionable insights.
Communicating Insights and Recommendations
o Present complex analytics findings in a clear and concise manner often using visualizations and storytelling.
o Deliver strategic recommendations to clients based on data analysis and industry best practices.
o Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the practical implementation of analytics solutions.
Essential skills:
- 35 years of analytics experience preferably in the sports and entertainment industry.
- Knowledge of the KORE Intelligence Platform preferred.
- Data Analysis and Visualization: Proficiency in tools like Tableau Power BI or Looker for creating dashboards and visual reports.
- Programming and Scripting Languages: Familiarity with SQL Python R or similar languages for data manipulation and analysis.
- Customer Relationship Management: Understanding of CRM systems preferably Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Database Management: Understanding of database systems (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL NoSQL).
- Business Acumen: Ability to align data analytics strategies with organizational goals and understand industryspecific challenges.
- Collaboration: Ability to work across departments and communicate effectively with nontechnical stakeholders.
- Data Storytelling: Translating complex analytics into clear and compelling narratives.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and reliability in data analysis and reporting.

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of Two Circles in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience training associated responsibilities and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
